Taste Santiago
A culinary experience designed for food-loving travelers who want to discover and savor Santiago through its gastronomy and history. The journey begins at La Vega Central, the culinary heart of the city, with a tasting of seasonal fruits and traditional Chilean preparations while discovering the products that shape the local identity.
We then head to the historic center, where culture and history come together with a visit to Portal Fernández Concha. There, we will observe and taste traditional Chilean sandwiches, including classics such as the completo, a true icon of the country’s street food.
The experience continues with a tasting of traditional Chilean drinks, such as clery and borgoña, and concludes with a seafood and wine tasting at the modern Tobalaba Urban Market, a reflection of contemporary Santiago and its vibrant culinary scene.
